თქვენი ანგარიში

დოკუმენტები

საქართველოს ფარგლებს გარეთ

ჩვენი სერვერი, ფაილები და სარეზერვო ასლები გერმანიაშია, ევროკავშირში. Gemini და Claude დოკუმენტს შეიძლება აშშ-ში ან სხვა ქვეყანაში ამუშავებდნენ. ასეთ გადაცემას კანონის მოთხოვნების დაცვით ვახორციელებთ; შეგიძლიათ გვკითხოთ, რა გარანტიები მოქმედებს.

რას ვიღებთ Google-ისგან

როცა Google-ით შედიხართ, Google გვიგზავნის თქვენი Google ანგარიშის იდენტიფიკატორს, ელფოსტას, სახელსა და გვარს. მათ მხოლოდ თქვენს ამოსაცნობად და სარეგისტრაციო ფორმის შესავსებად ვიყენებთ. რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ

• ანგარიშს, ოჯახის წევრებს და დოკუმენტებს ვინახავთ, სანამ ანგარიში გაქვთ ან სანამ თავად არ წაშლით.
• დოკუმენტის წაშლა ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ: იშლება თავად ფაილიც და მისგან წაკითხული ინფორმაციაც.
• ანგარიშის წაშლა პარამეტრებიდან შეგიძლიათ. მაშინვე იშლება ანგარიში, თქვენი და მხოლოდ თქვენ მიერ მართული ოჯახის წევრების ჩანაწერები, მათი დოკუმენტები და წაკითხული ინფორმაცია, წერილები და გამგზავნები. შვილი, რომელსაც მეორე მშობელიც მართავს, მასთან რჩება.

ქუქიები და ბრაუზერის მეხსიერება

თქვენი უფლებები

შეგიძლიათ მოგვთხოვოთ:

How we use your information

Version of 28 October 2026. This is a translation; the Georgian text above is the one that applies.

This notice covers iam.ge: the portal at app.iam.ge, your @iam.ge email address and the system that reads your documents. It is given under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

Who is responsible

The controller of your information is [Health LLC, name pending], [address], identification code [code]. It decides why and how your information is used.

AppifySheets runs the system on its behalf as processor and uses your information only on the controller's instructions.

What we keep

Your account

• When you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple: that account's identifier, email address, first name and last name. We have no passwords of our own and store none.
• At sign-up: your first and last name, personal ID number, date of birth and the @iam.ge address you choose. You must be 18 or older to open an account.
• If you add it in Settings: your mobile number.
• Which consent you agreed to and when, and the theme you chose.

Your household

For family members you add (children, parents and others): first and last name, personal ID number, date of birth and how they are related to you. If a document names someone you have not added yet, the system adds them to your household with the name, personal ID number and date of birth printed on the document.

If you add an adult, tell them and give them this notice to read.

Documents

Lab results, prescriptions, imaging reports, discharge summaries and other documents you upload or send to your @iam.ge address. From them we read the patient's name, personal ID number and date of birth, the document's date, the doctor and clinic, diagnoses, and lab values with their units and reference ranges. This is health information, which the law treats as a special category of data.

Mail

Mail that reaches your @iam.ge address (sender, text, attachments), the senders you confirmed or rejected, and the replies you send from iam.ge.

Technical records

When you use the portal: your IP address, your browser's description of itself, which pages you opened and when, and how long a tab stayed open. These records never contain your email address, name, phone number or personal ID number.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To store, read and organise your and your family's documents. We process health information with the consent you give at sign-up (Articles 5 and 6 of the Law). By adding someone else you confirm you are entitled to: as their parent or legal representative, or with their permission.
• To keep in touch with you: we email you what arrives at your @iam.ge address, and send an SMS when a message is waiting for your decision. We send no SMS between 22:00 and 09:00.
• To keep the system secure and to be able to show what happened if a question comes up later: the technical records.

Without your consent we cannot provide the service, because keeping and reading this information is what it does.

Who reads your documents

• A PDF produced by a lab's own system, in a layout we already know, is read by our own software with no AI.
• A photo or scan is read by Google's Gemini. We send it the whole file.
• A PDF from a lab whose layout we do not know yet is opened by an iam.ge operator on their computer, who uses Anthropic's Claude to prepare a layout for that lab so its results can be read automatically from then on. The file is then deleted from that computer.

Neither Google nor Anthropic trains models on your documents. Both keep what they receive for a limited time under their own terms.

If you have agreed to it, an operator can view your account the way you see it, for support and checks, without changing anything. Each such view is recorded under the operator's name. Separately, the people who run iam.ge can see every record in its back office.

Who receives it

• A sender, such as a lab, when you reply to their message from iam.ge.
• Companies that help run the service:
  • HostZealot: the server in Frankfurt, Germany, that holds the database;
  • iDrive: storage for files and backups in Frankfurt;
  • Amazon Web Services: sending our email (Amazon SES, Frankfurt);
  • Ubill: SMS in Georgia, your number and the message text;
  • Google: reading documents (Gemini) and sign-in with Google;
  • Anthropic: reading documents (Claude);
  • Microsoft and Apple: sign-in with their accounts.
• Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Outside Georgia

Our server, files and backups are in Germany, in the European Union. Gemini and Claude may process a document in the United States or elsewhere. We make these transfers in line with the Law; you can ask us which safeguards apply.

What we receive from Google

When you sign in with Google, Google sends us your Google account identifier, email address, first name and last name. We use them only to recognise you and to fill in the sign-up form. We do not store Google's access tokens, we read nothing else from your Google account, and we give this information to no one. Sign-in with Microsoft and Apple works the same way.

How long we keep it

• Your account, household and documents are kept while you have the account, or until you delete them.
• You can delete a document at any time: the file and everything read from it are deleted.
• You can delete your account in Settings. The account, the records of you and of household members only you manage, their documents and what was read from them, your mail and your senders are deleted at once. A child that another parent also manages stays with that parent.
• Deleting an account does not yet delete its files from the file store (uploaded files and received mail) automatically. If you have deleted your account, write to us and we will delete them too.
• A message waiting for your decision is kept for 30 days. The file of a rejected or expired message is deleted within an hour; only a record that it arrived remains.
• A copy of each email we send is kept for 30 days.
• Technical records are kept for [period], also after an account is deleted, so that we can show what happened if needed.
• Backups are kept for up to 12 months. Deleted information stays in a backup until it expires. Meanwhile it is not used for anything and is restored only if the whole system has to be recovered.

Cookies and browser storage

app.iam.ge uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (30 days, renewed on each visit), a short-lived cookie during sign-in (10 minutes), a cookie that protects forms, and one that remembers your theme (1 year). Your browser's storage keeps your choices, such as which family member is selected and how the document list looks. That stays in your browser.

app.iam.ge has no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts, and serves its own fonts.

This site (iam.ge) is hosted on GitHub and loads fonts from Google Fonts and styles from cdn.tailwindcss.com, so those services see your IP address. iam.ge sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us:

• to tell you what information we hold about you, and for a copy;
• to correct anything wrong or incomplete;
• to stop using it, or to delete it;
• to block it: keep it but not use it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, by deleting your account or by writing to us. That does not affect what was lawfully done before.

To make a request, write to [email]. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We answer within 10 working days; in exceptional cases we may extend this by another 10 working days and will tell you why.

If you think we handle your information unlawfully, you can complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia (sao.ge), which supervises data protection, or go to court.

Changes

We publish each new version of this notice here with its date. If a change touches what you consented to, the portal asks you again.
